Fat Cow BBQ is an absolute gem! As soon as we walked in, we were greet by Allen (the owner) who made us feel like we were lifelong friends. His passion and love for BBQ was shown through his enthusiasm and great recommendations. We told him we weren’t from the area, and without any further questions he was ready to recommend some of Fat Cow’s best dishes. I had the brisket tacos which were fingerlicking good, LITERALLY! Allen came to our table periodically to check in on us and made the experience that much better. We had to try the ribs, as they were Texas famous & Allen spoke highly of them. When I sunk my teeth into them…they melted in my mouth, like sweet Texas butter. This family owned business for 14 years is a must stop location if you are in the Dallas area. 10 out of 10!!! We will for sure be coming back when we’re in the area. Thank you Allen & keep spreading love through your amazing & delicious food! Next stop: OKC Marathon

The owner is a really cool guy. I forgot to get his name but he's funny and friendly. I can tell he loves what he does. The food is bomb and the prices are very affordable. If you haven't been I definitely recommend going

I had ordered from Fat Cow BBQ. We had their ribs, brisket , spicy pinto beans and corn as sides. The ribs fell off the bone and had flavor , the brisket was chopped which was new to me. The spicy pinto beans was flavorful and had good flavor of jalapeno. The corn was ok. Surely a 'might try again' place.
